MWTCA Area Q FALL 2025 MEETING

When: Saturday, Oct. 4th 8am-noon

Anyone interested in historic tools and trades is welcome.

Setup begins at 7:30. We will need volunteers to help move tables and chairs before and after the meeting. Doors open at 8:00 am. Donuts, coffee, fruit, and sodas will be provided.

Tables are available (limit 3) at $5 each.

7:30 AM: Doors open to begin sellers’ table set up and sign in/pick up name badges. Coffee and Sugar cake will be available. ***Tables available inside at no cost by request and there is plenty of room outside to tailgate in parking lot or under the shed on the hill. See Table Request form BELOW***

10:00 AM: Short business meeting followed by our Program.

Program: The newly established Thomas Day NC State Historic Site will be discussed by the site manager, DeAsis Noble.

12 Noon: Award winning, homemade Moravian Chicken Pie lunch. If you want to order some frozen pies to take home with you to cook later, contact Jeff by deadline. Pick up and pay the church directly after lunch.

This is great opportunity to buy and sell tools, hear a great program, see displays and fellowship with others that share our interests. Best of all is our wonderful lunch of their famous Moravian Chicken Pies included in your registration!!!!! Please feel free to bring others that share our interests. Also, plenty to see in historic Bethania!

*Please Note: If you intend to come, please register and pay by June 7 th to ensure church can prepare enough meals. We also request that everyone eating lunch has a nametag to track registration.

• Your help needed to setup the tables beginning at 7:00AM and break down the tables beginning at 12 noon and help in directing people unloading/loading tools they bring. Please Contact Jeff Carmean if you are willing to help at (303) 523-5111 or jncarmean@yahoo.com​

• Unloading/loading is thru the side loading area – see site diagram.

• Access by those sellers with tables at 7:30 AM or when all tables have been set up. ALL OTHERS can come in and register at 8:00AM Please respect these times.

• Tables available first registered, first served. We have 30 tables. If less than 30 people request a table, the first person registered can get a second table and so on. See table registration form below.

11:00 - 12:00 More Tool trading

12:00- Adjourn - Lunch is on your own
